“Building Awareness for Yourself
and Your Services”

Marketing tools can be applied effectively to non-traditional
marketers such as not-for-profit organizations, professional counselors,
social workers and other health service providers.
The need to differentiate your “message” and clarify
your value proposition is increasingly important in building awareness
with existing clients and opening up new revenue sources.
This half day and full day class will examine the use of traditional
communication channels and newer outlets such as the internet for
segmenting and reaching your target audience.
Participants will be introduced to several strategic and analytical
tools to plan, implement and evaluate marketing effectiveness such
as 4Ps, Trends Analysis, GAP Charting, SWOT and the Value Chain
Matrix.
The full day program will allow each student to evaluate their
own marketing profile. Participants in the Saturday class will
have the opportunity to design a strategic plan and marketing mix
that meets their specific objectives.
